We’re a hungry and ambitious company where each team member wears a lot of hats and the ceiling for growth is sky-high. Our culture is open-minded, fast and flexible where great ideas are celebrated and you’re free to execute them and learn new skills.

If you’re based in London, looking to grow your career, work across multiple brands in the market, and get hands-on experience in esports and mentorship from the leading esports communications experts in the field, this role could be a fit. Bonus points if you’re a passionate esports or sports fan!

Here’s what you’ll be doing

Administrative support

  • Facilitating regular client needs and keeping accounts organised and on track

  • Monitoring and tracking of media coverage and social media sentiment, and creating coverage reports for monthly and project recaps
  • Creating tailored press and events lists
  • Coordinating calls, meetings and media opportunities
  • Learning the ins and outs of the brands we work with
  • Support senior management in streamlining workload and small administrative tasks

Media liaison and outreach

  • Actively research and get to know esports and mainstream writers, editors and producers covering or likely to cover the space
  • Identify journalists and publications for exclusive stories across esports, sports, business, and financial verticals
  • Work with us to develop creative, accurate and authentic stories across these contacts
  • Build your own strong network of media friendlies, and maintain those relationships
  • Craft unique and well-tailored pitches to relevant journalists
  • Secure coverage and celebrate wins!

Internal business development

  • Brainstorm creative ideas for new and current clients, and work on visualizing and describing them in proposals, decks and during client briefings
  • Create decks and proposals for new business prospects and help research new targets and potential partners
  • Help oversee the new client onboarding process

About You

  • We want someone who asks the right questions, isn’t afraid to speak up, sends updates before they are required and can point out potential issues before they arise.
  • You are looking to grow
  • You have a passion for or are willing to become interested in esports
  • Whether you’re an esports fan with mad organisational skills or an existing PR pro looking to learn more about the world of esports, we’d be excited to talk to you.
  • In turn, you must be excited to get your hands dirty, go to the events, and immerse yourself in what we believe is the future of entertainment
  • You are independent, and can think of solutions to problems that arise - and are proactive about proposing them
  • Our team spans several countries and timezones. We recognise the old 9-6, in-office workstyle has shifted, and would work with you to accommodate the right, for you and us, way of working within the team
